My Process

Your site either makes someone want to book you or it doesn't. I build sites that make them book.

80% of contractors I talk to end up with a pretty site that does nothing for their business.

I build a system that works for your business.

My
System

We figure out your business before we touch the design

Before anything gets designed, I dig into your business. What your best customers say, what makes them choose you, and what's taking up your time that a system could handle. The site gets built around that, not around what looks good in a portfolio.

The message comes before the build

Most sites look fine and say nothing. Before I open a single design file, we nail down what your site needs to communicate so every page is doing a job, not just filling space.

A site that looks like you charge what you're worth

Clean, professional, and built to hold up on any device. No clipart, no outdated layouts, no cheap stock photos. It should look like the kind of company a homeowner trusts with a $10,000 job.

You can update it yourself without calling me

You shouldn't have to call someone every time your hours change or you add a service. The site is built so your team can handle the basics without needing a developer. And if you'd rather just send us a message and let us handle it, that's what the care plan is for.

You see it as it gets built, not all at once at the end

You're not waiting weeks or days to see something and then hating it. Work gets shared in stages so small changes stay small instead of turning into a full restart.

I don't disappear after launch

With or without a care plan, you get 60 days of support after the site goes live. Bug fixes, tweaks, and a walkthrough so you know how everything works before I hand it over.

(01)

A site that looks like you belong in the job

A homeowner decides whether to call you before they ever read a word. If the site looks cheap, the business looks cheap. Yours should look like the kind of company that shows up on time, does the job right, and charges what the work is worth.

(02)

Customers who already know why they're calling

The best calls are the ones where the customer already knows what they want and they've already decided you're the one to call. A good site does that work before the phone ever rings.

(03)

Builds trust before a single conversation

Most people won't book a contractor they don't trust. And if they've never heard of you, the site is all they have to go on. It either builds the case for you or it doesn't.

(04)

Turns casual interest into confident decisions

Bad leads come from unclear sites. When the site is clear about who you work with and what kind of jobs you take, the people who call are the people who are ready. Everyone else moves on before they pick up the phone.

Reality
check

literally me as a business owner saying all this
(01)

No "pay me, get rich" guarantees

No guarantees that don't hold up in the real world. What I can promise is a site that makes the right first impression, captures leads you would have lost, and automates the follow up so you're not doing it manually at 9pm.

Most contractors we work with get back 10 hours a week just from that alone. The rest depends on your market, your reputation, and your offer.

(02)

Your website won't find customers for you

Your site won't go out and drum up new business from scratch. What it will do is make sure the people already looking for you actually book or call you, that the wrong ones move on before they waste your time, and that the ones who aren't ready yet don't fall off your radar. It works with what you've already got and makes it go further.

(03)

A great site can't fix a broken business

A website is only as strong as the business behind it. If the pricing doesn't make sense, the reviews aren't there, or you're chasing the wrong jobs, no amount of good design fixes that. What a great site does is take a business that's already solid and make sure that comes through the second someone lands on it.
